Getting help for children with mental or behavioral health challenges can feel overwhelming.
We provide free, state-funded resources that help identify and treat common pediatric mental health conditions like ADHD, anxiety and depression.
Thankfully, there
is a better way.

Health Hubs
The Florida Pediatric Behavioral Health Collaborative has partnered with leading universities and medical institutions to operate behavioral Health Hubs throughout the state. The Hubs connect local primary care physicians, pediatric mental health professionals and community behavioral health organizations to get fast, effective care for Florida’s children.
How it works
Each of our seven behavioral health hubs facilitates pediatric access to behavioral health services by fulfilling three key functions – all at no cost to providers or their patients.
1
Physician Education, Training & Support
Hubs offer free training, tools and case-by-case, patient-centered consultations that equip pediatric primary care providers to identify, treat and refer children with common mental and behavioral health conditions.
This gives physicians the confidence they need to offer families the care they deserve.
2
Community Referral Network
Each hub establishes and maintains a referral network of local pediatric mental health providers and community behavioral health organizations who can address a wide range of patient needs.
This helps physicians connect patients to mental health resources, and removes the difficulty most families face when trying to find suitable, timely and affordable care on their own.
3
Patient Care Coordination
Care coordinators at our regional health hubs help children and their families find the behavioral health resources, specialists and support they need to thrive. They also collaborate with the patient’s care team to establish a comprehensive care plan that considers biological, psychological and social factors.
This team-based approach to behavioral health saves families time and money, and results in better outcomes for their children.
